Potato Wedges

Today I made potato wedges for lunch.
They were extremely spicy because I added too much Cayenne pepper.
I used Herbs, Cayenne Pepper, Potato's, Salt and pepper.

I first put all of the herbs and spices in a bowl. I then cut my potato into wedges. I then put the potato'sin a bowl and tipped in the seasoning. I then spread them on a tray they cooked for 30 mins.

Once we ate them our mouths were on fire so I got us some juicies which is frozen juice.

  1. Ha ha....I could just picture you all eating them with super hot mouths! I really like spicy wedges, but do usually have sour cream to cool them down a bit. Well done, Maia, for creating such a yummy thing to eat for your family. I'm sure the juicies helped everyone feel a bit better afterwards. Setting your blog post out with paragraphs made it really easy to read. Well done!

  2. Kia ora Maia,

Wow, these look delicious!! I love wedges. Seeing your post made me crave wedges, haha!
Do you put sour cream with your wedges?
That's a shame they were spicy.. I bet they were still yummy though!
I wonder what you'll be making for lunch today...

Well done Maia, I look forward to reading what you get up to next!

    :)

  3. Hi Maia,

I had a wee giggle imagining you all with spicy mouths. I do not like a lot of spice and I know that feeling of my mouth being on fire, however I have learn't that milk helps a lot - not juice :)
