I would take these items because they don't need to be cooked, frozen or chilled.
I hope you enjoyed what would you take?

Kia ora Maia, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
ReplyDeleteYou have done an excellent job creating this list of 10 food items you would bring with you on a sea voyage with no refrigerator or freezer!
Chips, jam, and nuts would all be excellent items to pack as they are non-perishable food items that would last a long time.
Fruit and vegetables are also great additions to your list as they contain high amounts of vitamins and minerals, and will therefore help you avoid the disease of scurvy!
It was great of you to be thinking of your 5+ a day!
Out of all of the ingredients you have chosen, which one is your favourite?
What kinds of meals would you make out of these ingredients?
If I were going on this sea voyage, I would pack peanut butter. I eat peanut butter every morning, and don’t think I could go a day without it! Plus, peanut butter is full of good, healthy fats, has tons of protein, and lasts a while before expiring.
